Unilever’s Nitin Paranjpe to retire in mid-2024 after 37 years

Nitin Paranjpe, 61, joined Unilever's Indian unit in 1987 as a management trainee. He was the youngest CEO at the Indian unit and had a successful five-year tenure at the helm of HUL before he took on the role of president-homecare business in 2013.

The chief people and transformation officer, Nitin Paranjpe, will retire by mid-2024.

Sneha John, who began her career at ONGC MRPL as process engineer, went on to work across HT Media and The Hindu.

Sneha John held the designation of director – brand marketing and social, Swiggy.

Deepak Jain steps down as Ather Energy’s chief financial officer; Sohil Parekh to succeed

Deepak Jain started his career at EY and went on to work across Procter & Gamble, Apple and First Advantage. Parekh began his career at sai InfoSystem, Motif, Azure Knowledge Corporation and Claris Lifesciences.

Sohil Parekh, who is currently the vice president – senior financial controller, will succeed Deepak Jain from April 1.

Swiggy shifts: Mallika Srinivasan steps down as Swiggy’s independent director

Multinational company Hindustan Unilever has appointed key changes to its leadership committee.

Shiva Krishnamurthy, who is currently the vice president, foods and beverages, South Asia, will step into the shoes of Srinandan Sundaram who is currently the executive director, foods and refreshment. Sundaram will lead HUL as executive director, homecare and will replace Deepak Subramanian.
