Zee shareholders seek transparency on merger fallout with Sony

Atomberg Technologies becomes official partner of BCCI

The deal was consulted by Madison Media Alpha and Professional Management Group (PMG), which are part of Madison World.

The partnership between BCCI and Atomberg will begin in 2024 and will cover all major BCCI events until 2026, including domestic and international tournaments.

Punit Goenka was worried Sony would start a witch hunt against him: Report

In line with his strategic plan focused towards achieving the targeted goals, ZEE's MD and CEO Punit Goenka proposed the implementation of a lean and streamlined management structure to the Board on April 5. The streamlining process included rationalisation of the workforce by 15 percent.

Sony was already a little wary of Goenka considering the accusation made on him for financial impropriety by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), and Goenka was worried that Sony would start a witch hunt against him once the merger was complete, and they had access to Zee’s library of local entertainment content.
