YoungGuns Class Of 2023: McCann Worldgroup India’s Utsav Khare and Rathish Subramaniam

At the age of 3, Rathish Subramaniam (left) got into advertising as a baby model for Johnson & Johnson. After two decades, he finds himself doing the same thing - behind the camera. YoungGuns Class Of 2023: Ogilvy India’s Abigail Dias, Rajneesh Bolia and Karunasagar Sridharan

Abigail Dias (left) found recognition at prestigious industry awards. The most recent being Dove’s ‘Stop the Beauty Test’ campaign that won a silver lion for creative strategy at Cannes, a gold at the WARC awards for Asian strategy, silver at the APAC Effies and a shortlist for a Glass Lion at Cannes this year. Rajneesh Bolia’s (middle) projects include Cadbury’s Celebrations ‘Shahrukh Khan My Ad’ which won Cannes Lions 2023 Grand Prix, Grand Prix at MAD Stars 2022, one Titanium, two Gold, one Silver, one Bronze at Cannes 2022, among other awards. Karunasagar Sridharan (right) has been recognized at award shows like Cannes Lions, One Show and Clio, and has brought home over 60 international awards and nominations, and 100 plus local awards.

YoungGuns Class Of 2023: GoZoop’s Prardhana Chillarige and Nishant Chhinkwani

From being a rock-band promoter, then a chartered accountant, and finally finding solace in words and turning into a copywriter and having two half-written screenplays tucked away in Google Docs, Nishat Chhinkwani (left) has come a long way. Prardhana Chillarige (right) has worked on the highly anticipated Mumbai launch of the Canadian multinational coffeehouse and restaurant chain, Tim Hortons. With a localised campaign #PudhilStationTimHortons, the brand created hype and intrigue for the market.

YoungGuns Class Of 2023: Schbang’s Tanaya Saigal and Rishabh Pande

Rishabh Pande (left) considers Swiggy Instamart's ‘Khali Ka Khaali Cart’ campaign from last year to be one of his most meaningful works. Tanaya Saigal (right) specialises in new narratives - inspired by emerging brands, in art, pop and subculture. H&M’s 2022 ‘Brighter Than Ever’ film which she conceptualised and scripted is a good example of how Tanaya deploys her skills.

YoungGuns Class Of 2023: FCB India’s Vipasha Chauhan

After five years of passionately creating ads and ideas, Vipasha Chauhan who is the creative group head - art, FCB India has won a Cannes Gold Lion in Industry Craft in 2023. One of the most impactful work of hers is ‘Untangling the Politics of Hair.’

Karishma Changroth worked on India's most awarded campaign in Cannes Lion history: 'The Unfiltered History’ Tour for VICE media; winning 3 Grand Prix and a Titanium Lion among a slew of others. Teresa Sebastian, who also won a Cannes Lion, her Razorpay's AI campaign, a mesmerising blend of technology and artistry showcased her vision and reimagination that helped audiences connect even deeper with the booming startup culture of India.
