71 percent of daily Snapchatters between 16 to 64 years do not use X (Twitter) regularly

Snapchat reaches over 750 million people worldwide every month, and over 400 million people every day. While in India, Snapchat reaches over 200 million monthly active Snapchatters making it one of the company’s leading global growth markets.

To gain a deeper understanding of the value of the audience, Snapchat partnered with GWI (Global Web Index) to determine how frequently daily users use other platforms. The results revealed that Snapchat’s growing daily audience isn’t reachable on X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and others like they are on Snapchat.

In India, the research found that 71 percent of daily Snapchatters between the age group of 16 to 64 years do not use X (Twitter) every day, 39 percent do not use Facebook every day and 29 percent do not use YouTube every day.

Among 16 to 24-year-olds daily Snapchatters, nearly 78 percent do not use X (Twitter), 55 percent are not on Facebook and 25 percent do not use YouTube every day.

The survey was conducted with over 8,000 Snapchat users aged between 16 and 64 in India.
